[edit] Vocabulary Development Support

It's not much of a stretch beyond basic registry functionality to consider the support needs for the vocabulary development process. Requirements would be around status, specialized annotation and comment, perhaps a special user category defined by vocabulary.

[edit] Vocabularies As Services

There have been discussions in industry on providing vocabulary services on updates etc. This is a functionality that we might want to consider, survey in other environments [bulletins from LC for example], and enhance.
