  1. The LC Working Group on the Future of Bibliographic Control put out their report, which has some interesting implications for both of our NSF proposals in progress. Diane has posted an extensive comment to the report on Google Docs.
  2. We think we have our first funder for the DCMI/RDA Task Group work: Brad Allen of Siderean. We're working on a list of perks that funders can use to justify their bucks. Mikael has also gotten some funding, so we hope to make an announcement that we're starting in January.
  3. I got the following email from IMLS:

Question: Are we interested? We have talked a few times about redoing that proposal, but with no decision made. It might be worth talking to them, but maybe not on this cattle call?
